Youll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Your role includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
• Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist customers in navigating our website, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
