Accounting Specialist

Position: Accounting Specialist

Location: Lahore

We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented resource to join our team at the Lahore office. As an analysis & planning resource, you will play a crucial role in the management reporting, financial analysis, and planning ahead of Visionet Systems Inc. (Systems Limited Subsidiary), contributing to the strategic decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recording transactions such as expenses and sales revenue

• Processing payments to utilities and vendors to pay for supplies, materials and other expenses

• Sending invoices to customers to request payment for services provided

• Reconciling accounts and making note of debits and credits that have not posted

• Generating financial reports as requested

• Identifying and correcting any errors that occur due to data entry

Qualifications and Skills:

• ACCA/ MBA/ M.Com with a strong foundation in financial principles.
• 3+ years experience in management reporting, financial analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
