Overview: Pulse Point Connect is seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. The Call Center Specialist will contribute to maintaining high service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and offer solutions when applicable.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as necessary.
- Achieve personal and team goals related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and service levels.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
- Proficient in using call center software and CRM tools.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
