Customer Support Executive

Job Description:We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
