Customer Support Executive (with Basic Knowledge of US Taxation Laws)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with a basic understanding of US Taxation Laws to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, and a passion for assisting customers with tax related inquiries. This role involves handling customer concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with general queries related to US tax laws, deductions, filings, and compliance.
  • Guide customers on basic tax-related processes and documentation.
  • Escalate complex tax-related issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on basic US tax regulations to provide accurate support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency is a must).
  • Basic knowledge of US taxation laws, tax filing processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience in customer support, call centers, or tax related roles is a plus.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
