Customer Support Officer
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide information, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues and provide accurate information
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience and a problem-solving attitude
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools
- Prior customer service experience is a plus

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
