Customer Support Officer

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide information, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues and provide accurate information
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Patience and a problem-solving attitude
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
