Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Updates: Accurately input and update information in databases and internal systems.
  • Data Verification: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
  • Report Generation: Compile data reports as needed for operational use.
  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with discretion and follow data security protocols.
  • Data Audits: Conduct routine audits to maintain data accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with clerical tasks such as document filing and organizing records.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; additional IT or administrative training is a plus.
  • Prior experience in data entry or lead generation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Key Skills:

  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, printers, and filing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
