Job Description

The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationship, and increasing market share within the assigned territory. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, and achieving targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Promote the companys products and services effectively to prospective and existing customers.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and forecasting.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to optimize offerings.
