Digital Account Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Digital Account Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns for our clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring satisfaction, strategy alignment, and performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure digital campaigns meet expectations and timelines
  • Develop, manage, and optimize client strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, and email marketing
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and regular reports
  • Ensure all client deliverables are of high quality and meet objectives, budgets, and deadlines
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to align digital assets with client goals
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, anticipating needs and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital account management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize under pressure
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications
  • Project management skills and familiarity with tools like Asana or Trello
