Responsibilities:1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Monitor pacing against budget and conversion goals
  • Regular QA to flag disapprovals, campaign setting or website changes, adherence to best practices, performance anomalies, etc.
  • Working with Senior Digital Manager to build short- and long-term testing plan, tracking results and refining strategy
  • Implementation of keywords, ad copy, targeting, assets, and other recommendations at the direction of the Senior Digital Manager
  • Research for new business and client projects

2. Reporting and Optimizations

  • Create/update automated internal and client facing dashboards within agency reporting software
  • Analyze performance and track trends, flagging issues identified, areas of opportunity, and other recommendations
  • Regularly review assets, search query reports, and targeting for ways to expand or refine campaigns

3. Project Management

  • Identify areas of opportunity to automate processes
  • Work with Senior Digital Manager to effectively communicate project status and task handoff, changes to project scope, issues that arise and areas to improve

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics - CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
  • Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and conversion tracking
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn insights into growth strategies
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid channels
  • Basic understanding of SEO and how it integrates with paid media
  • Paid media tools such as SEMRush and Agency Analytics.
  • ClickUp or other project management tools
  • Website Management (Wordpress, Squarespace)
  • Email marketing and CRM (HubSpot, MailChimp, Salesforce, etc.)
