Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the structural aspects of solar installations to ensure safety, durability, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evaluate structural systems for solar PV installations, including rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
• Conduct structural analysis and load calculations to ensure system stability and integrity.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Collaborate with the project management and installation teams to ensure designs are executed as planned.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate structural feasibility and address potential challenges.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance during project execution and inspections.
• Assist in developing structural documentation for client proposals and regulatory approvals.
• Review vendor and subcontractor designs and submissions for structural adequacy.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of local building codes and renewable energy design standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
