Digital Marketing Officer

Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and results-driven CSR or Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. A strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, combined with excellent communication and analytical skills, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all digital channels
• Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports using tools such as Google Analytics and MS Excel
• Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms and website updates
• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends
• Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh or experience in a digital marketing role
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
