Email Marketing Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, generate leads, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product launches, drip campaigns, etc.)
  • Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation flows
  • Write compelling copy
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and calls to action to improve open and click-through rates
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align email marketing with overall strategy

Salary Expectation: Rs 25k - 40k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
