Email Marketing Specialist

Purpose of the Position

The B2B Email Marketing Specialist will manage the complete email marketing lifecycle, encompassing prospecting, lead generation, campaign execution, domain management, and performance optimization. This role is pivotal in driving lead generation, fostering client relationships, promoting our software development services, and achieving revenue growth through strategic, process-driven email marketing. By emphasizing efficient processes and best practices, the specialist will enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality B2B leads, improve customer retention, and contribute significantly to our marketing and sales objectives.

Responsibilities & Duties Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute processes to identify and build targeted B2B prospect lists, leveraging tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source high-quality leads.
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies based on criteria such as industry, company size, job title, and engagement to ensure personalized outreach.
  • Establish workflows for email verification and list cleaning to maintain a high-quality, accurate contact database.
  • Use social selling techniques to complement prospecting efforts and enhance lead quality.

Email Campaign Creation and Management

  • Design and implement email marketing strategies, including cold outreach, drip campaigns, and nurture sequences, using platforms like Instantly or similar tools.
  • Create compelling, conversion-focused email content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with B2B audiences.
  • Develop processes for personalizing email content and optimizing for mobile devices to increase engagement.
  • Build and manage email automation workflows to nurture leads and maintain consistent subscriber engagement.

Domain Management and Deliverability

  • Establish processes to manage email domains and maintain sender reputation, ensuring high deliverability rates.
  • Configure and monitor email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to comply with industry standards.
  • Implement domain warmup strategies to build sender credibility and minimize spam filter risks.
  • Maintain email list hygiene through regular audits to reduce bounce rates and protect sender reputation.

A/B Testing and Optimization

  • Develop A/B testing frameworks to experiment with email elements (e.g., subject lines, content, CTAs) and improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze test results to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Continuously refine email strategies based on performance insights to maximize ROI and lead quality.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Create processes to monitor and analyze email campaign performance, focusing on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversions.
  • Use analytics tools to track downstream lead behavior and attribution from email campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Compliance and Best Practices

  • Ensure all email marketing activities comply with regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Stay informed about email marketing trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Implement standardized processes to uphold deliverability, list management, and audience engagement standards.

Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams

  • Collaborate with content, digital marketing, and sales teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing and sales strategies.
  • Integrate email marketing efforts with CRM systems like Salesforce or similar platforms for seamless lead management.

Manage Email Marketing Processes and Tools

  • Oversee and optimize email marketing processes, ensuring efficient execution and scalability.
  • Manage core tools like Instantly, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, while exploring additional platforms to enhance performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B email marketing, preferably within the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing processes, deliverability best practices, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Instantly or similar tools.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Knowledge of email authentication and domain management processes.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation concepts is a plus.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
