Tech Cuber is looking for Social Media Marketer (Onsite)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi.

Timing: 9 PM to 6 Am ( Monday to Friday )

Job Description:

Strategy Development:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the companys marketing goals.

Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage and grow these audiences.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive.

Content Creation and Management:

Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Foster a positive community by engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues through social media channels.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and targeting.

Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.

Coordinate with other marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Platform Management:

Stay updated on platform-specific best practices and algorithm changes.

Manage and optimize company profiles on all relevant social media platforms.

Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.
