Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages) promptly and professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings and events
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Perform general office duties and errands
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in [industry/sector, if relevant]
- Multilingual abilities are a plus

Pay: Rs4,000.00 - Rs5,000.00 per hour
