Female Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages) promptly and professionally
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings and events
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Perform general office duties and errands
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in [industry/sector, if relevant]
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: Rs4,000.00 - Rs5,000.00 per hour
