Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook.
  • Assist in order processing, tracking, and issue resolution
  • Make daily calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, and updates
  • Coordinate with dispatch and inventory teams to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Maintain customer records, feedback, and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Female (18-30 age preferred)
  • Clear, confident, and polite phone manners.
  • Comfortable with daily customer calling & communication
  • Good communication skills (Urdu & Basic English)
  • Basic know-how with WhatsApp, social media chat, and basic Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
