Position Overview:We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and organized front office operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing

Skills & Qualifications:

• Intermediate To Bachelors or related field are a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
