Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR & Organizational Development
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify gaps in structure, skills, and external factors.
  • Benchmark HR practices against industry standards and align with business goals.
  • Develop and implement a strategic HR roadmap with clear success metrics.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all divisions, ensuring timely hiring of top talent.
  • Implement effective sourcing and onboarding strategies tailored for retail, hospitality, and manufacturing.
  • Performance Management & Employee Development
  • Oversee fair and consistent performance appraisals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop KPIs and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Policies, Compliance & HR Operations
  • Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence across all divisions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and streamline processes through digitization (HRIS).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and mitigate potential legal risks.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop competitive salary structures aligned with industry standards.
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and incentives.
  • Employee Engagement & Change Management
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that enhances employee morale and retention.
  • Address grievances and conflicts effectively.
  • Drive diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Track key HR metrics (turnover rates, absenteeism, employee satisfaction).
  • Utilize HR analytics for informed decision-making and reporting to senior management.
  • Who Were Looking For:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in retail is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Masters degree or MBA in HRM (preferred).
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
