Manager Onboarding
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong understanding of the customer onboarding landscape, particularly within the financial services industry. They are passionate about creating seamless and secure onboarding experiences while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. They possess excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the entire customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new clients. • Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and CFT regulations throughout the onboarding process, mitigating risk for the organization. • Collaborate closely with compliance and risk teams to stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to onboarding procedures. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the onboarding process, balancing customer ease of use with robust security measures. • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement within the onboarding journey. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of onboarding specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
Requirements:
• Experience with onboarding software and CRM systems. • Familiarity with project management methodologies. • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and emerging trends in customer onboarding.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 5 years specifically focused on customer onboarding within the banking or fintech sector.
Skills:
• Strong understanding and practical experience with KYC, AML, and CFT regulations. • Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. • Experience with process improvement methodologies and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Education:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in compliance or onboarding are highly desirable.
