Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all franchisees.
- Ensure all franchisees are supported and serviced on time.
- Resolve issues or delays in communication between the company and franchisees.
- Coordinate internally with relevant teams to address franchisee concerns.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with franchise partners.
- Ensure that company standards and processes are followed at all franchise outlets.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degreeProven experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
