Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and handle basic queries.
  • Keep the reception area neat, organized, and maintained.
  • Schedule meetings, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and related front desk records.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Monitor and record employee attendance using HCM software.
  • Process and update leave applications and records through the HCM system.
  • Generate regular reports related to attendance and leave for management.
  • Process and assist in employee medical claims, including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with insurance providers or relevant parties.

Desired Competencies:

  • Well-groomed, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a professional environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

Education: B.com or BS Management from a recognized university.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in front office management or admin role.
