Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area
  • Handle emails, documentation, and basic administrative support
  • Coordinate with internal departments as required

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelors
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front desk or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer use

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
