Front Desk Officer

We are currently seeking a dynamic, good looking, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer (female only) to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries.

As a Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Your role will involve greeting guests, answering inquiries, managing phone calls, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate (12th grade) qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role will be a plus.
