Position Overview:

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR operations in Karachi. If youre passionate about HR, love working with people, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced digital environment—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily HR operations and documentation
• Support recruitment efforts (job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling)
• Help manage employee records and attendance tracking
• Assist in payroll coordination and monthly salary processing
• Maintain HR databases and generate reports (Excel proficiency required)
• Support onboarding and exit processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR support

Requirements:

• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
• Good command of MS Excel & Google Sheets
• Well-organized, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
• Eagerness to learn and grow in HR & operations
• Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus, but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
