Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail and warehouse staff.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems and address employee concerns effectively.
- Payroll & Benefits: Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits in compliance with labor laws.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training for employees to enhance their performance.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain employee records and oversee HR documentation.
- Documentation: Manage all employees documentation for airport entry pass.
- Bank Account: Manage all employees bank account.
- Manage Housekeeping team, Ensure & investigate cleaning & hygiene.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or customer-focused environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
