HR Manager

TECH Twist is an leading BPO and IT service provider specializing in sales, marketing, and real estate services. We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee our recruitment, employee relation, and HR Operations in our outbound call center.

Key responsibilities:

  • Mage entire recruitment process from hiring tele-sales staff to onboarding.
  • Develop and and implement HR policies to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Handle employee relationship, conflicts resolution, and preference management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
  • Conduct training sessions and development programs for staff.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture to improve retention and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience (preferably in a call center or BPO)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
