Job Summary:We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to handle all HR-related paperwork and manage payroll for US-based employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with sensitive information while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all HR-related paperwork, including contracts, documentation, and employee records.
• Process and manage payroll for US employees in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees.
• Support HR team with general administrative tasks and other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience with payroll processing and HR documentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
