Job Description:

Finova labs is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our sales team. Youll manage a team to drive quality B2B leads and support company growth. Ideal candidates have strong B2B lead gen, data-driven skills, and team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound research to identify potential clients and decision-makers across target industries.
  • Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead data accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, qualified leads, and conversions.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Location: Al Raazi Road, KarachiShift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
