Overview:WestCrew Networks Call Center B2C is seeking a dedicated and experienced “HR Officer” to join our team for an exciting US-based project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, and supporting our team members. Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.

- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

- Address employee queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Conduct employee performance reviews and manage appraisal processes.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Support training and development programs.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
