Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HRBP to join our Human Resources team, with a primary focus on HR operations, a strong emphasis on payroll management, and an added responsibility of overseeing employee training and development.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have hands-on experience working with the Decibels Application/Software.
- Can join immediately.
- Reside in or around Defence, Clifton, Gizri, Mehmoodabad, Balouch Colony, or nearby areas.
Job Description:HR Operations:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Streamline HR processes and workflows to improve overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent and standardized practices.
Payroll Management:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align payroll entries with financial reporting requirements.
- Investigate and resolve payroll-related discrepancies and employee queries.
Compliance and Policy Development:
- Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement payroll and HR policies in line with legal requirements.
Training and Development:
- Assess organizational and employee training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
- Develop annual training plans and calendars in line with business goals.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and revise programs to improve outcomes.
- Partner with department heads to ensure relevant upskilling and employee growth initiatives are implemented.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR and payroll data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on HR and payroll metrics for management review.
Employee Communication:
- Communicate HR and payroll-related information to employees, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Conduct workshops or sessions to educate employees on HR processes, payroll procedures, and training opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 3 to 6 years of experience as an HRBP with a strong focus on HR operations, payroll, and training.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of employee development and training frameworks.
- Proficient in using HRIS and payroll software (Decibels preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
