Social Media Executive

The Social Media Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing GK Hair Professionals social media strategy. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing daily social media operations, and fostering meaningful engagement with our online community. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a social media enthusiast, and a strategic planner with a passion for building brand loyalty and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:1. Content Strategy & Creation:

• Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, and reels) tailored to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Ensure all content aligns with GK Hair Professionals brand identity, voice, and marketing objectives.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and leverage them to create innovative and impactful content.

2. Social Media Management:

• Manage and maintain GK Hair Professionals social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and optimal engagement.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and nurture a loyal online community by fostering meaningful interactions.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics) to measure and analyze social media performance.
• Prepare detailed reports on key metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and improve results.

5. Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the design team to create visually stunning graphics and videos.
• Partner with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry professionals to amplify GK Hair Professionals reach.
• Support the marketing team in developing integrated digital marketing strategies.

Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their best practices.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools).
