Internal Audit Intern

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high- volume search terms related to the business, products, or services.

·      Content Creation and Optimization: Should create SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies and meets the needs of the target audience.

·      Backlink Analysis and Building: Analyze the websites backlink profile, identify opportunities for acquiring high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites, and execute link building strategies through outreach, content partnerships, and other tactics.

·      Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to understand competitors SEO strategies, strengths, and weaknesses. Use insights to refine and enhance the organizations SEO strategy for better results.

·      Local SEO Optimization: Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results, including optimizing Google My Business profiles, local citations, and geo- targeted content.

·      Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends: Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices in SEO. Adapt strategies accordingly to maintain or improve website rankings and visibility.

·      Monitoring and Reporting: Should keep an eye on the keywords positions and SERP results on the search engine.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

·      Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.

·      Strong writing and editing skills for creating SEO-friendly content.

·      Knowledge of keyword research techniques and on-page optimization.

·      Experience in link building strategies and outreach campaigns.

·      Analytical skills for data analysis and reporting on SEO metrics.

·      Effective communication for presenting strategies and collaborating with teams.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related fields preferred.

Experience:

·      At least 2 year of experience in similar high impact role

Technical Skills:

·      Ability to conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix website issues affecting search engine rankings.

·      Ability to diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues related to site migrations, redesigns, or platform change

·      Skill in optimizing website performance for speed and mobile responsiveness, factors that impact SEO rankings.
