International Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Recruiter to join our team. If you have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent, we invite you to be a key player in building our team and driving our organizations success.

Timings: 8 pm - 5 am (Mon-Fri)

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit international candidates for various roles for point of sale solutions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of international candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in international recruitment to ensure a competitive edge.
  • - Source candidates through online channels, social media, job fairs, and networking events.
  • - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • - Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating salary packages.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in hiring international candidates based in the USA
  • Experience of indepandent agents hiring (1099 agents) for point of sale solutions (Preferable)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in international recruitment, specifically in hiring candidates based in the USA.
  • Strong understanding of immigration laws and visa processes related to international hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
