About the Role

ABS International is looking for a results-driven and motivated individual to join our growing team as an International Sales Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Address inquiries from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Sales & Upselling: Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales performance goals.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and sales processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, customer service, or client support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
• Performance-Driven: Comfortable working in a target-based environment with KPIs.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
