We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Executive to join our Karachi office and support our growing infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the security and availability of IT infrastructure.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure data backup, recovery processes, and system updates are regularly conducted.
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, systems, and support activities.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers when necessary.
  • Provide IT training and support to staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT support or system administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
