Junior Business Analyst

Overview:

We are looking for highly skilled IT Business Analyst. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing and defining IT requirements for various projects and initiatives.

Job Description:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements, and translate them into clear and concise IT requirements.

· Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative technology solutions.

· Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories, ensuring they are comprehensive, consistent, and aligned with business goals.

· Work closely with development teams, acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams, to ensure accurate and timely implementation of IT solutions.

· Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit requirements, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.

· Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements traceability matrix, process flows, and test plans, to support the development and testing phases.

· Collaborate with QA teams to define and execute test scenarios and ensure the delivered IT solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards.

· Support end-users during user acceptance testing (UAT), providing guidance and resolving any issues or discrepancies identified during the testing phase.

· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and IT solutions to provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum bachelors degree in IT or CS or related field.

· Minimum 1-2 Years of proven experience as a business/system analyst in US health care IT.

· Strong understanding of Clinical workflows of the EMR/EHR systems.

· Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.

· Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

· Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data modeling, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition.

· Proficiency in Agile Methodologies, particularly Scrum.

· Exceptional analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.

· Strong analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and a strong client-facing presence.
