Junior Dotnet Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior .NET Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in object-oriented programming, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and SQL Server, and be eager to learn and grow within a dynamic development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in C#.
  • Work with SQL Server to design queries, stored procedures, and maintain database integrity.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and other team members to deliver quality software.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
  • Understand and follow software development best practices and coding standards.
  • Maintain documentation of software components and APIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in .NET development.
  • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET MVC, or .NET Core.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework and LINQ.
  • Experience with SQL Server, including writing queries and stored procedures.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and Web Services.
  • Version control experience with Git or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Exposure to Azure or DevOps tools.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
