Junior QA

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA to join our Quality Assurance team for our B2B platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or a candidate with up to 6 months of QA experience to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced platform business environment. Youll play a key role in monitoring service processes, ensuring operational consistency, and supporting platform quality improvements for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems and procedures in alignment with company policies and B2B client expectations.
• Conduct basic audits and quality checks on platform processes, customer interactions, and operational tasks.
• Coordinate with clients and internal Operations, Customer Support, and Product departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Analyze client feedback, complaints, and audit findings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, client standards, and best practices relevant to the B2B sector.
• Report any service gaps, errors, or inconsistencies to the Quality Manager and assist in suggesting corrective actions.
• Contribute to process improvement activities and participate in internal QA training sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience in a Quality Assurance, Operations, or Customer Support role — preferably within a B2B or digital platform environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of quality control processes, platform operations, or B2B service management is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) — experience with CRM or QA tools is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
