Junior Recuriter

What Youll Do:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment - job postings, CV screening, interviews & follow-ups
- Source candidates fortech roles (developers, QA, DevOps) and non-tech
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports
- Support employer branding initiatives and career page updates
Requirements:
- Candidate must have IT Software Industry Experience.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2-3 year of recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals & MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environments.
