Time Out Food Venture Lead

Time Out is an inclusive Food venture run by visually impaired individuals under the umbrella of Nai Subah Youth Empowerment Trust. We believe in the power of skills, independence, and entrepreneurship. Through this initiative, we empower visually challenged individuals with practical culinary and business skills to run a thriving food enterprise.

Were looking for a dynamic and passionate Venture Lead who can train, guide, and support our team in building a successful and sustainable food business.

As the Time Out Venture Lead, you will:

• Develop and implement tailored training programs for visually impaired individuals in kitchen operations and food business management.
• Train students in handling kitchen equipment, meal preparation, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring food safety and hygiene.
• Guide students in managing commercial orders—from taking orders to packaging and delivery.
• Teach communication skills, including customer interaction, phone etiquette, and handling feedback professionally.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, assess progress, and offer constructive feedback.
• Educate trainees on financial basics such as budgeting, pricing, and cost management for a profitable venture.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and promote problem-solving among trainees.
• Implement accessible systems for inventory, order management, and financial tracking.
• Engage with Nai Subahs social media platforms to promote the venture and attract customers.
• Actively participate in events and networking opportunities to promote Time Out Venture.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with local businesses, schools, and other organizations for catering and food orders.

You Should Have:

• Experience in the food and beverage industry, culinary training, or running food ventures (preferred).
• A background in education, training, or working with persons with disabilities (especially visually impaired individuals) is a big plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for social impact, inclusion, and capacity-building.

Salary: Rs. 45,000 + Commission

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
