Key Account Manager

A Key Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with a companys most important clients, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue through long-term partnerships. They act as the primary point of contact, understand client needs, negotiate contracts, and work with internal teams to meet client objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong, trusting relationships with key clients.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Thoroughly researching and understanding the clients business, goals, and needs.
  • Negotiating Contracts: Negotiating favorable terms and conditions for contracts and partnerships.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving client issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Sales and Revenue: Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand business with existing clients and secure new business.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serving as a primary point of contact, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing account strategies to achieve long-term client goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Creating and presenting reports on account performance and progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
