The Services Group (TSG) - a leading name in advertising, events, and brand activations — is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Client Manager to join our growing team.

This role requires an individual who excels at client relationship management, strategic planning, and project execution across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and key clients.

• Develop, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships.

• Lead and oversee the execution of 360° marketing campaigns, events, and activations.

• .Manage cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Identify client needs and proactively propose solutions aligned with their business goals.

• Prepare and present performance reports, proposals, and strategic plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or events

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

• Strong understanding of BTL/ATL campaigns, digital strategy, and brand activations.

• Excellent multitasking, time management, and negotiation skills.
