Senior Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day execution of orders, ensuring that the shipments move in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with production and product development teams to develop products as per customer requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders; including customers, production teams, and quality assurance to ensure products going out of the factory align with the buyers guidelines.
• Lead and mentor the merchandising team, guiding them to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree (B.E Textile preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in merchandising role within the Home textile industry.
• Proven track record of executing orders in timely manner.
• Should have good command on fabric utilization and costing of the product.
• Should have a go-getter attitude.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel and ERP Software knowledge.
