Lead Generation Expert (LinkedIn Specialist)

We are looking for a Lead Generation Expert who has hands-on experience with LinkedIn-based outreach and prospecting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our sales team, using a strategic approach to connect with decision-makers and grow our business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator) to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn and other B2B platforms
  • Create personalized outreach messages to increase response and conversion rates
  • Qualify leads and hand over warm opportunities to the sales team
  • Maintain and manage lead tracking in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and targeting strategies
  • Provide weekly reports on lead activity, response rates, and conversions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, with a strong focus on LinkedIn outreach
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and pitch solutions effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Sheets/Excel
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
