We at Hashlogics seeking a highly skilled and result-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn and other professional platforms, helping to drive business growth and expand client outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies via LinkedIn to attract potential clients.
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers, founders, CEOs, and potential partners.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages to boost visibility and credibility.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other automation tools for prospecting.
  • Research and qualify new business opportunities by evaluating potential leads and decision-makers.
  • Craft personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to nurture relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales team to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
  • Track and report weekly and monthly lead generation performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn algorithm updates and emerging lead generation trends.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure proper documentation of leads and communication.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in CS/IT or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
  • Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate qualified leads across various industries and markets.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
