outbound agent

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Calls Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, conduct surveys, or set appointments. You must have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle rejection while remaining professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads using a prepared script.
• Introduce and explain products or services, and answer relevant questions.
• Follow up on previous calls or inquiries to nurture leads or close sales.
• Maintain detailed and accurate call records and update CRM systems.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle customer objections and use persuasive communication to influence decisions.
• Provide feedback from customers to management for process improvement.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a call center agent or in a similar outbound role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and remain focused under pressure.
• Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
