Job Overview:

Sunday Bazar is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Tracker to join our Operations team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth tracking of all outgoing parcels and timely delivery to customers. You will be responsible for monitoring parcel statuses, coordinating with courier services, and resolving delivery issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor all parcels dispatched through various courier services.
  • Identify delays, hold-ups, or misroutes and take immediate action for resolution.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners to resolve shipment issues.
  • Maintain organized records of parcel movements and delivery confirmations.
  • Update relevant teams about shipment statuses and delivery exceptions.
  • Communicate with couriers to ensure delivery timelines are met.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on parcel tracking and logistics performance.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints related to deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (Bachelors preferred).
  • Experience in logistics, parcel tracking, or operations is a plus.
  • Proficient in using tracking portals, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
