Role Overview

The Manager - Operations will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all operational activities across multiple service verticals to ensure high-quality project execution, team performance, client satisfaction, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, strategic foresight, and hands-on problem-solving skills to enhance Conexuss operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to productivity, turnaround time, cost control, and service quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and technical teams to optimize resource allocation and execution.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, supervisors, and technical staff; conduct performance reviews and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all operational activities.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor management to maintain service excellence.
• Manage client relationships from an operational perspective; resolve escalations and ensure satisfaction.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting operational performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors in engineering with proven experience of Operations.
• Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and large teams.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, HSE practices, and project management methodologies.
