Job Description:

As a key member of our marketing team, you will:

• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Engage with prospects and partners at exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events
• Represent our brand with professionalism, energy, and passion
• Build a personal brand aligned with Climax Softwares values and vision
• Assist in developing marketing content, campaigns, and strategies
• Coordinate with the product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives
• Maintain a strong understanding of our ERP and SaaS-based products

Requirements:

• Female candidate with 1-3 years of experience in marketing or brand communications
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to travel for events and exhibitions
• Understanding of ERP systems or SaaS-based products is a plus
• A self-starter with a creative mindset and ambition to grow as a brand ambassador

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
